• • Contract Recruiter (International) role focused on managing full-cycle recruiting for high-volume Dental Designer and other Design or Quality positions across international locations, supporting Dandy’s mission to modernize the $200B dental industry through technology.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing and building candidate relationships, creating positive interview experiences, managing offer processes, assisting with onboarding, developing creative recruiting strategies, building talent pipelines, providing compensation advice and market insights to leadership, and delivering data-driven insights to improve recruiting efficiency.
