📋 Description

• • As Senior Manager, Payroll, you will lead the delivery of accurate, compliant, and timely payroll services for a complex U.S. employee population of over 65,000 across multiple payroll entities, ensuring operational excellence and strategic alignment with HR, Finance, Technology, and external vendors.
• • Day to day, you will oversee outsourced payroll operations, manage vendor performance and compliance, own Workday Payroll configuration and process design, lead payroll activities during M&A and year-end processing, ensure tax and regulatory compliance, oversee payroll accounting functions, maintain SOX controls and audit readiness, and partner cross-functionally to assess system or process changes.
