đź“‹ Description

  • • As a Technical Program Manager (PEO) at PointClickCare Technologies Inc., you will be at the forefront of our mission to evolve into a product-led organization, where success is measured by outcomes and operational health is defined by flow. You will serve as a strategic enabler, meticulously connecting strategy, delivery, and continuous learning across our diverse product and engineering ecosystem.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to orchestrate complex, cross-functional initiatives that span multiple products, platforms, and domains. This involves ensuring that our empowered teams possess the necessary clarity, alignment, and seamless flow to deliver significant customer value and achieve critical business objectives.
  • • You will operate at the crucial intersection of product management, engineering execution, and platform development. By driving robust systems and processes, you will empower every team to deliver with purpose, at speed, and with measurable impact, directly contributing to PointClickCare's growth and innovation.
  • • A core aspect of your role is to bring clarity to intricate challenges, align diverse teams around shared strategic outcomes, and accelerate the delivery lifecycle with precision and intent. You will be instrumental in translating high-level strategies and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) into actionable, coordinated execution plans.
  • • You will partner closely with Product and Engineering Leads to ensure that teams remain focused on delivering tangible customer and business value. This includes proactively identifying and mitigating risks, managing dependencies, and maintaining visibility into delivery health signals across all involved parties.
  • • Orchestrating multi-team initiatives is central to this role. You will lead efforts that span product development, infrastructure enhancements, and platform capabilities, ensuring seamless alignment, clear visibility of interdependencies, and the establishment of sustainable delivery flow.
  • • Driving clarity and flow involves removing ambiguity by effectively connecting business intent with execution signals. You will leverage delivery and outcome metrics not as control mechanisms, but as vital inputs to inform and guide decision-making, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • • A key differentiator for this role is the harness of AI for insight. You will utilize AI-driven analytics to proactively surface potential risks, detect bottlenecks in development processes, and generate actionable recommendations that enhance team velocity and predictability. This includes a strong understanding of applied AI concepts, comfort using AI tools for analysis and documentation, and an awareness of responsible and ethical AI practices.
  • • You will champion empowered delivery by coaching teams on healthy operating rhythms and data-driven practices. This balance of autonomy and alignment is crucial for fostering innovation and efficient execution.
  • • Bridging strategy to execution is paramount. You will facilitate alignment among senior product, design, and engineering leaders, making trade-offs transparent, decisions explicit, and accountability clearly defined and shared.
  • • Furthermore, you will play a significant role in shaping the systems and culture of execution at PointClickCare. This involves contributing to the evolution of shared tools, processes, and frameworks that amplify the impact of our work across the entire product portfolio.
  • • This role requires a proactive approach to identifying and resolving impediments, fostering a collaborative environment, and ensuring that programs are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
  • • You will be expected to travel to company onsite locations approximately 25% of the time to foster in-person collaboration and strategic alignment.
  • • Your ability to connect disparate elements across the portfolio will be key to driving outcome alignment and accelerating delivery flow, embodying an AI-first leadership approach to elevate organizational learning and execution.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven track record delivering complex SaaS programs that span multiple teams and domains (platform, product, data).
  • • Technical fluency, including understanding of system architectures, APIs, integration patterns, and the ability to engage in technical design conversations.
  • • Experience translating strategy and OKRs into execution plans, managing dependencies, risks, and delivery health signals.
  • • Proficiency with program execution and delivery tooling such as Jira, Confluence, Aha!, or equivalents for planning, dependency management, status reporting, and stakeholder visibility.

  • • Comfort using AI tools to support analysis and decision-making.
  • • Systems-level thinking, with the ability to see cross-cutting dependencies and reason about how one program impacts others.
  • • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages and status updates to technical teams, product partners, and senior leadership.
  • • Passion for using technology, including AI, to improve how teams work, decide, and deliver.
