📋 Description

• • As a USA Payroll Compliance Expert at Remote Technologies Inc., you will serve as the subject matter expert for US payroll compliance, playing a key role in strengthening compliance practices, supporting automation projects, leading audits, and guiding the payroll team through complex regulations and change.
• • Day to day, you will act as Remote’s subject matter expert for US payroll compliance, lead internal payroll compliance audits, support the design and implementation of automated payroll processes and system controls, partner with Payroll Operations, Product, Tax, and Legal teams, monitor and interpret changes in US payroll legislation, and develop and deliver training and documentation to build compliance awareness within the payroll team.
• • You will be part of the Payroll Risk & Compliance team within Remote, a global company solving modern organizations’ biggest challenge – navigating global employment compliantly with ease.
