As a User Acquisition Manager, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our user base by launching, managing, and optimizing high-impact advertising campaigns across key social platforms, directly contributing to our ambitious growth objectives.
- • In this critical role, you will own the entire lifecycle of mobile performance marketing campaigns. This includes the strategic planning, meticulous execution, and aggressive scaling of advertising efforts across Meta Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, X (formerly Twitter), and Snap. Your primary focus will be on reaching and engaging Health and Fitness audiences, ensuring our compelling wellness solutions connect with those who stand to benefit most. You will be entrusted with managing substantial budgets, with a requirement for experience in handling seven-figure monthly spends or operating within a team that manages budgets at this scale. This responsibility underscores the significant impact you will have on Welltech's growth trajectory.
- • A core component of your role will be leading structured creative experimentation. You will collaborate closely with our talented design teams to develop and A/B test innovative ad creatives, continuously iterating based on performance data. Your goal will be to drive full-funnel optimization, ensuring that every touchpoint in the user journey, from initial ad impression to final conversion, is as effective as possible. This involves a deep dive into campaign performance, moving beyond surface-level metrics to understand the intricate relationships between Cost Per Install (CPI), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Return On Ad Spend (ROAS), and Lifetime Value (LTV). Your ability to conduct deep funnel and cohort analysis will be crucial in informing confident, data-driven scaling decisions, allowing us to allocate resources where they yield the greatest returns.
- • Furthermore, you will leverage your strong understanding of attribution modeling to refine our channel strategy and optimize budget allocation across various platforms. Understanding how users interact with our brand across different touchpoints is paramount, and your expertise in attribution will ensure we are making the most informed investment decisions. You will also be responsible for executing and optimizing Web2App acquisition flows, a critical pathway for converting users from web-based interactions to our mobile applications. This requires a nuanced understanding of user behavior and conversion pathways.
- • Continuous monitoring and reporting are essential. You will meticulously track campaign performance, utilizing structured reporting and automation to identify ongoing optimization opportunities. Proactive identification and implementation of improvements will be key to maintaining and enhancing campaign effectiveness. Collaboration is central to our success at Welltech. You will work closely with our dedicated Data & BI teams, leveraging powerful tools such as Tableau/Looker for data visualization and AppsFlyer/Adjust for mobile attribution and analytics. This cross-functional partnership will ensure that our acquisition strategies are grounded in robust data and insights.
- • Beyond managing existing channels, you will be a proactive explorer of new growth avenues. This involves researching, evaluating, and testing emerging acquisition channels to unlock incremental growth and diversify our marketing mix. In today's rapidly evolving digital landscape, staying ahead of the curve is vital. You will also be encouraged to leverage AI tools to enhance performance marketing workflows. This includes utilizing AI for creative ideation and iteration, generating compelling copy and user-generated content (UGC) scripts, analyzing creative performance, optimizing landing pages, and automating reporting processes, thereby increasing efficiency and effectiveness.
- • Within your first three months, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of all key metrics, attribution logic, operational processes, and reporting tools specific to Welltech. You will become proficient in independently managing campaigns, adhering to established best practices, consistently achieving target ROI, and confidently scaling or reducing campaign volumes as market conditions and performance dictate. You will also take ownership of an additional growth initiative, proactively suggesting ideas and improvements, conducting thorough competitor analysis, and making decisive, data-driven recommendations to further propel our growth.
