- • You will work directly with major ad networks crucial for mobile app growth, with a primary focus on Apple Ads, and also engage with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and Unity Ads. Your expertise will be applied to ensure our clients achieve their user acquisition goals through these platforms.
- • A core responsibility will be conducting comprehensive analyses of ad accounts, delving into their structure, settings, and overall performance. This deep dive will enable you to identify areas for improvement and formulate data-driven optimization strategies.
- • You will be tasked with setting up new ad accounts from the ground up, implementing best practices to ensure a robust and effective foundation for campaigns. This turn-key setup process is critical for immediate campaign success.
- • Daily and weekly actions will be dedicated to maintaining and enhancing campaign performance, ensuring that all activities are aligned with and contribute to meeting given Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This includes meticulous bid optimization, strategic keyword management, and conversion rate enhancements.
- • The role involves developing detailed weekly and monthly reports that clearly articulate campaign performance, insights, and recommendations. These reports will be essential for client communication and strategic decision-making.
- • You will play a key role in the creative process, contributing to the development and optimization of ad creatives. Understanding what resonates with target audiences is crucial for campaign effectiveness.
- • Furthermore, you will be responsible for creating guidelines and educational materials for clients, empowering them with knowledge and best practices in user acquisition.
- • Success in this role will be measured by key performance indicators, including maintaining a Client Retention Rate of 85%+ year-over-year, managing and growing a portfolio of 4–6 clients simultaneously, and significantly improving client campaign performance metrics such as Cost Per Install (CPI), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), conversion rates, and overall profitability.
- • Your ultimate unique value proposition (UVP) will be in helping multiple clients accelerate their marketing success by optimizing campaigns, increasing Return on Investment (ROI), and building high-impact strategies that foster sustainable business growth.
- • You will leverage SplitMetrics Agency's close collaboration with SplitMetrics products, which provides access to proprietary benchmarks, trends, A/B test results, and other unique insights not publicly available, giving you a significant competitive advantage in developing client strategies.
