- • As a User Acquisition Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the expansion of our social casino games by developing, implementing, and meticulously optimizing high-impact user acquisition campaigns across a diverse spectrum of channels.
- • The ideal candidate is a strategic marketer with a deeply ingrained data-driven mindset and a proven history of successfully acquiring high-quality users at scale, all while adhering to strict budgetary constraints.
- • A critical component of this role involves expert-level proficiency in managing and optimizing Google Search campaigns to maximize return on investment and attract users with strong purchase intent.
- • You will be tasked with developing and executing comprehensive user acquisition strategies designed to meet and exceed ambitious growth targets for our flagship social casino games.
- • This includes the hands-on management and continuous optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, encompassing paid social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok, alongside search engines like Google Ads.
- • Furthermore, you will leverage Demand Side Platforms (DSPs), Connected TV (CTV), and even traditional channels like Radio and Podcasts to broaden our reach and acquire valuable users.
- • A core responsibility will be the meticulous monitoring of campaign performance, involving the in-depth analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) including Cost Per Install (CPI), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Lifetime Value (LTV), and Return on Investment (ROI).
- • Through this analysis, you will identify critical opportunities for optimization, scaling successful initiatives, and mitigating underperforming strategies.
- • Close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and analytics, will be essential to ensure user acquisition efforts are seamlessly aligned with overarching business objectives and the product roadmap.
- • You will be entrusted with managing marketing budgets effectively, ensuring the most efficient allocation of resources to maximize return on investment and drive sustainable growth.
- • A commitment to staying at the forefront of the industry is paramount; you will continuously research and integrate the latest trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in user acquisition, digital marketing, and the dynamic social casino gaming landscape.
