📋 Description

• The User Acquisition Manager will lead Google Ads campaigns for AI Remodel, a flagship AI-driven interior design app with over 7.5 million users and top rankings in the US and Canada App Store, directly contributing to the scaling of a high-growth product within KissMyApps SAS, a platform uniting 7 product verticals and 30+ AI-first products serving 100+ million users.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include optimizing existing Google Ads campaigns, managing and scaling Search and UAC campaigns for iOS and Android, launching new campaign types like Demand Gen and Performance Max, analyzing performance using marketing and product metrics, collaborating with product and analytics teams to assess traffic quality, generating growth hypotheses, interacting with Google’s team to apply best practices, and conducting competitor analysis to adapt successful market strategies.
• The role sits within the Spurs Unit, where the User Acquisition Manager will be the first dedicated Google UA specialist, operating in a low-bureaucracy, fast-decision environment with real ownership over results and a clear path to grow into a Lead position.
• In this role, the individual will develop deep expertise in performance marketing for mobile apps, gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge Google ad formats, strengthen analytical and strategic thinking through data-driven experimentation, and build ownership over user acquisition impact — all while contributing to the growth of a globally used AI product.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in performance marketing
• Practical experience buying traffic via Google Ads
• Mandatory experience with Search campaigns
• Experience with Tableau
• Experience with AppsFlyer or other Mobile Measurement Platforms (MMP)
• Experience with Amplitude or other product analytics systems
