📋 Description

• The User Acquisition Manager will lead traffic acquisition for Lynsify, an AI-driven photo editor app, through Google Ads, playing a key role in scaling a high-growth product within KissMyApps’ ecosystem of 30+ AI-first products serving over 100 million users.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include optimizing existing Google Ads campaigns, launching and scaling new campaign formats (Demand Gen, Performance Max), analyzing performance using marketing and product metrics, collaborating with product and analytics teams to assess traffic quality, generating growth hypotheses, and directly engaging with Google to implement best practices and test new ad products.
• KissMyApps is a fast-growing platform company with 7 product verticals and a strong competitive advantage, growing at least 3x year-over-year, offering a unique opportunity to work with six-figure monthly ad budgets and influence product strategy through data-driven marketing.
• In this role, you will gain end-to-end ownership of a critical growth channel, develop expertise in advanced Google Ads formats, deepen your analytical and strategic skills, and have a clear path to grow into a Lead User Acquisition Manager based on impact, not tenure.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in performance marketing
• Practical experience buying traffic via Google Ads
• Mandatory experience with Search campaigns
• Experience with Tableau
• Experience with AppsFlyer or other Mobile Measurement Platforms (MMP)
• Experience with Amplitude or other product analytics systems
