  • • In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in scaling a lifestyle application that already boasts positive unit economics. Your responsibilities extend beyond mere campaign optimization; you will significantly influence our entire Paid Social strategy. This includes shaping acquisition strategies, developing creative hypotheses, and rigorously validating them in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • • This is a unique opportunity to manage substantial advertising budgets, pioneer new acquisition channels, contribute to product development, and grow rapidly in close synergy with our creative, product, and analytics departments.
  • • Your core responsibilities will encompass the end-to-end management of advertising campaigns on TikTok Ads, including their launch, meticulous optimization, and strategic scaling to achieve maximum impact and efficiency.
  • • You will be tasked with conducting in-depth analysis of campaign performance, diligently monitoring key marketing metrics such as Click-Through Rate (CTR), Conversion Rate (CR), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and Return on Investment (ROI) to inform strategic decisions.
  • • A crucial aspect of your role will involve the continuous exploration and testing of novel traffic acquisition approaches. You will be empowered to generate and implement your own hypotheses aimed at driving significant improvements in campaign effectiveness and overall growth.
  • • You will play a key role in evaluating creative hypotheses, identifying the critical links between visual formats and campaign performance, and conducting thorough competitive analysis to stay ahead of market trends and competitor strategies.
  • • Fostering seamless collaboration, you will engage in close communication with our product teams, data analysts, and developers. These dedicated functions are specifically structured to support marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment and integrated efforts.
  • • Undertake comprehensive market research and competitor analysis within the lifestyle and AI-based mobile app niches, identifying emerging opportunities and potential threats.
  • • Drive innovation by generating actionable ideas that can be rapidly tested and implemented, free from unnecessary bureaucracy or micromanagement, fostering an agile and results-oriented environment.
