- • As the User Acquisition Team Lead at Almedia Inc., you will take full ownership of the company’s marketing engine, driving scalable user acquisition strategies that directly fuel the growth of Freecash and other ventures in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment where impact is rewarded and responsibility is given early.
- • You will define and execute the overarching marketing and user acquisition strategy aligned with Almedia’s ambitious growth targets, ensuring all efforts are data-driven, measurable, and tied to business outcomes while collaborating closely with the CEO and VP of People to translate marketing performance into clear strategic insights.
- • You will lead, mentor, and scale high-performing teams across paid media, influencer marketing, and emerging growth channels, fostering a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize channel efficiency and ROI.
- • You will take full ownership of all marketing channels — from established platforms like Google Ads and Meta to emerging and experimental channels — optimizing budget allocation, testing new opportunities, and pioneering scalable projects from inception to full rollout.
- • You will work in Almedia’s central Berlin office five days a week, joining a rare environment of ambitious, high-ownership teammates where intensity is rewarded, momentum is built through presence, and career acceleration is possible for those who push harder.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in mobile ad-tech and gaming ecosystems, sharpen your strategic leadership and people management skills, and gain direct exposure to C-level decision-making — positioning you to grow into a broader marketing or general management leadership role as Almedia scales toward its goal of becoming Germany’s second bootstrapped unicorn.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven track record in a senior marketing leadership role with experience scaling multi-channel user acquisition efforts and managing diverse teams.
- • Exceptional ability to build comprehensive marketing strategies, leverage data and analytics for decision-making, and communicate complex insights to C-level stakeholders.
- • Deep understanding of the mobile ad-tech and gaming ecosystem, including key players, monetization models, and user acquisition best practices.
- • Strong leadership and people management skills, with a history of mentoring team members and implementing scalable marketing processes.
- • Demonstrated ownership mindset — experience taking full responsibility for projects from day-to-day operations and budgeting to long-term strategic goal-setting.
- • Entrepreneurial spirit and founder’s mentality, with a drive to build and own departments from scratch in fast-paced, high-impact environments.
