This pivotal role offers the unique opportunity to own a core user lifecycle phase end-to-end, from post-acquisition onboarding and conversion to engagement, renewal, and win-back strategies. You will be instrumental in driving user outcomes and delivering significant business impact by defining and executing comprehensive lifecycle strategies.
• • Your responsibilities will include identifying target user behaviors, prioritizing key initiatives, and establishing robust success metrics that are directly tied to funnel and cohort performance. You will be the architect of our user communication strategies, designing, sequencing, and leading experimentation across various channels and tactics. This includes optimizing automation logic, segmentation, messaging content, timing of communications, and trigger events. A critical aspect of this role is making data-driven decisions on which strategies to scale, iterate upon, or discontinue, ensuring continuous improvement and resource optimization.
