• • Sales: You will engage directly with founders in customer conversations, meticulously synthesize key insights derived from these interactions, prepare essential sales materials, and actively contribute to moving deals through the sales funnel towards successful closure. This involves understanding customer needs, articulating Seamflow's value proposition, and supporting the sales team in achieving their targets.
• • Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy and Execution: You will play a pivotal role in shaping both the strategic direction and the practical execution of products currently in our pipeline. This includes market analysis, identifying target customer segments, and developing effective strategies to bring new offerings to market successfully.
• • Product Development and Insights: You will participate in customer calls to gather deep, qualitative insights into user needs and pain points. This information will be crucial for supporting product discovery processes, mapping complex customer workflows, and collaborating closely with our engineering team to ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements. Your input will directly influence product roadmaps and feature development.
• • Fundraising Support: You will assist the founding team in fundraising efforts by supporting outreach activities, developing compelling investor materials, and preparing regular, insightful updates on company progress and performance. This requires a strong understanding of our business metrics and strategic objectives.
• • Market Expansion: You will conduct thorough market research to identify new growth opportunities and help define our strategic approach for expanding into new markets or customer segments. This involves analyzing competitive landscapes, understanding market dynamics, and proposing actionable expansion plans.
• • Hiring and Team Building: You will take the lead on operational aspects related to building a world-class engineering team. This includes refining recruitment processes, coordinating candidate pipelines, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires, contributing to the overall strength and capability of our technical talent.
• • Operations Management: You will own and optimize internal workflows across various critical functions, including legal administration, tool management, compliance procedures, vendor management, and any other operational areas necessary to maintain the company's rapid pace of progress. This requires a proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks.
