• • In this leadership role, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the overall qualitative research strategy, ensuring it is tightly aligned with our ambitious product roadmaps and commercial objectives. You will establish and champion rigorous research standards, develop robust frameworks for conducting user studies, and instill a discipline of insightful synthesis across all our research activities. Your leadership will extend to mentoring and developing our regional researchers, specifically those based in Japan and the European Union, fostering their growth and ensuring high-quality research output.

You will partner to seamlessly integrate qualitative insights with quantitative data, creating a closed-loop validation process that informs product development and business strategy.
