- • The Utilization Management Administrative Support role at Avesis Incorporated provides essential administrative assistance to support the Utilization Management department, ensuring timely and accurate processing of provider outreach, documentation, and correspondence while maintaining compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include performing provider outreach for incomplete requests, creating time-sensitive letters for enrollees and providers, handling fax and email communications, drafting and proofreading documents, organizing digital files, supporting leadership with letter template maintenance, and assisting with special projects as assigned, all while meeting productivity standards of 7–12 calls or attempts per hour.

🎯 Requirements
- • High School Diploma or GED required.
- • 1-2 years of basic administrative, clerical, or customer service experience.
- • Proficiency in basic computer skills including data entry, email platforms, and Microsoft Office.
- • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- • Exceptional reading and writing ability to communicate professionally at all levels of the organization.
- • Reliable internet connection (25 MBPS upload/50 MBPS download) and appropriate workspace for remote work.
