- • Run a high-volume outbound sales motion daily through cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn prospecting to build pipeline from scratch, independently and in collaboration with high-performing BDRs.
- • Own the full sales cycle end-to-end for SMB customers, from initial outreach to signed contract, with typically short sales cycles.
- • Quickly qualify SMB prospects using sharp, conversational discovery techniques to uncover pain points and accelerate deal progression.
- • Deliver concise, tailored product demos focused on the needs of SMB buyers, highlighting Prelude’s real-time, optimized authentication channels (SMS, WhatsApp, and others) and fraud-blocking capabilities.
- • Consistently exceed monthly and quarterly targets for pipeline generation, sales activities, and closed revenue.
- • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in HubSpot to ensure reliable forecasting and sales analytics.
- • Work closely with internal teams to refine outreach messaging and improve conversion rates based on real-time feedback from prospects.
- • Engage directly with technical buyers, demonstrating fluency in SaaS concepts including APIs and authentication workflows.
- • Proactively identify and pursue new SMB accounts across Europe and the emerging US market.
- • Become a product expert by continuously learning Prelude’s technology roadmap, enabling consultative, value-driven conversations.
- • Operate with a bias for action, moving quickly to test approaches, iterate on messaging, and close deals without over-optimizing theory.
- • Take full ownership of performance outcomes, including pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue delivery.
- • Contribute to a flat, collaborative team culture centered on speed, quality, and impact, with regular in-person collaboration in Paris.
- • Participate in roleplay sessions and feedback loops to refine sales tactics and improve personal effectiveness.
- • Represent Prelude as a trusted advisor to customers, reinforcing the company’s mission to turn authentication from a cost center into a growth lever.
- • Maintain high standards for professionalism, communication, and follow-up, ensuring every interaction reflects Prelude’s value of care for customers and teammates.
- • Travel to the Paris office as required, with 100% of travel costs subsidized, maintaining a hybrid schedule of 4 days in-office and 1 day remote per week.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience running a full outbound sales cycle with a track record of closing high-volume SMB deals quickly
- • Native-level cold calling ability, comfortable making 50+ calls per day and hooking prospects within the first 30 seconds
- • Demonstrated SaaS sales experience with ability to speak confidently to technical buyers about APIs and authentication
- • Consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- • Fluency in English
- • Sharp, instinctive discovery skills to uncover customer pain quickly
