- • Run a high-volume outbound sales motion daily through cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn prospecting to build pipeline from scratch, collaborating closely with high-performing BDRs
- • Own the full sales cycle end-to-end for SMB clients, from initial outreach through to closed-won deals, typically within a short sales cycle
- • Qualify SMB prospects rapidly through sharp, conversational discovery sessions to identify pain points and accelerate deal progression
- • Deliver concise, tailored product demos to SMB buyers that highlight Prelude’s OTP authentication platform and its price-to-conversion advantage over legacy providers
- • Consistently exceed monthly and quarterly targets for pipeline generation, activity volume, and closed revenue
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HubSpot to ensure reliable forecasting and sales performance tracking
- • Position Prelude’s product as a growth lever by explaining how its real-time channel optimization (SMS, WhatsApp, and more) reduces fraud and improves user onboarding conversion rates
- • Work in-person four days per week at the Paris office to enable collaborative, high-speed decision-making and team ownership
- • Act as a product expert by continuously learning Prelude’s authentication platform, technical capabilities, and market differentiators to deliver consultative, relevant conversations with technical buyers
- • Engage with prospects who use APIs and are evaluating authentication solutions, translating product features into business outcomes for non-technical and technical stakeholders alike
- • Adapt outreach strategies daily based on real-time feedback and conversion data to optimize outreach effectiveness and pipeline velocity
- • Participate in team roleplay sessions and sales enablement activities to refine messaging, objection handling, and closing techniques
- • Contribute to a culture of ownership, bias for action, and care by taking responsibility for outcomes, iterating quickly on feedback, and supporting team goals
- • Represent Prelude as a trusted advisor to fast-growing European companies seeking secure, high-performance user onboarding solutions
- • Leverage fluency in both English and German to engage prospects across the DACH region with cultural and linguistic precision
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience running a full outbound sales cycle with a track record of closing high-volume SMB deals quickly
- • Demonstrated ability to cold call 50+ times per day with strong hook and engagement skills in the first 30 seconds
- • SaaS sales experience required, including familiarity with APIs and ability to discuss technical solutions with buyers
- • Consistent history of exceeding quota and overachieving sales targets
- • Fluency in both English and German
- • Sharp discovery skills to uncover customer pain points rapidly in conversational selling
