- • The Vendor Partner Specialist serves as the principal contact for all vendor-related interdepartmental collaborations, managing relationships and business services performed by external vendors, including off-shore teams, to ensure seamless operations and compliance.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing and delegating daily workflow to and from external vendors, reviewing and consolidating work product for accuracy and trends, communicating with department leaders and quality teams on processes and performance metrics, ensuring regulatory and compliance adherence, and acting as a liaison between internal teams and vendors to align on business processes, workflow, and project updates.
- • The role involves working closely with Information Technology to define business requirements, oversee vendor system access, assist in onboarding new vendors, maintain detailed documentation of vendor work, coordinate training, and identify opportunities for vendor engagement and process improvement.
