  • • You will be instrumental in shaping Almedia's strategic direction, architecting and launching end-to-end ventures, and spearheading massive market expansions and the development of new product lines, such as our innovative Cashback initiative. Your ability to operate with speed, elevate the performance of those around you, and lead high-ownership, cross-functional teams will be critical in transforming how top global brands connect with users.
  • • This position is designed for a heavyweight leader capable of constructing the very "machine" that drives venture creation and success. Your responsibilities will encompass:
  • • Incubating and launching "Unicorn-level" ventures: You will guide validated opportunities from initial concept through to live market pilots, securing signed lighthouse clients and establishing executive-approved business models.
  • • Establishing a company-wide Venture Operating Model: This involves implementing robust governance, funding, and decision-making frameworks that empower teams to achieve milestones efficiently, minimizing the need for executive escalations.
  • • Architecting high-impact strategic partnerships: You will forge alliances with flagship advertisers and platforms, seamlessly integrating their capabilities into our product experience to significantly enhance our market positioning and competitive edge.
  • • Building and scaling a high-performing venture organization: This includes identifying and recruiting top-tier leaders, setting exceptionally high standards for quality and performance, and coaching managers to foster independent delivery of outstanding outcomes.
  • • Driving significant business impact and P&L ownership: You will oversee recurring business reviews, codify successful venture playbooks, and leverage data-driven insights to strategically prioritize high-leverage initiatives that yield maximum returns.

  • • A profound Venture Building Track Record: Demonstrable experience in owning a multi-venture thesis, strategically allocating capital and senior talent, and making disciplined decisions regarding scaling, termination, or exit.
  • • Mastery of Operational Architecture: Expertise in constructing high-velocity delivery engines that translate strategic vision into actionable weekly plans, utilizing methodologies like Lean Startup and Design Thinking.
  • • Fluency in Adtech & Growth: Deep understanding of architecting sophisticated analytics systems (e.g., LTV/CAC, retention, incrementality) and ensuring readiness for privacy and compliance regulations.
  • • Proven Enterprise Leadership: Experience in negotiating complex commercial terms and representing the company effectively with clients, investors, and media.
  • • Exceptional Cross-Functional Mastery: The ability to structure and lead diverse, multi-functional teams spanning product, growth, data, operations, finance, and legal departments.
