• As a Venture Manager at Almedia, you will be entrusted with substantial responsibility early on, enabling you to accelerate your career trajectory significantly. This position demands intensity and a commitment beyond a standard 9-to-5 schedule, rewarding those who push harder and strive for greater achievements. • Your core responsibilities will revolve around leading high-priority, strategic projects from conception through to successful delivery, ensuring strict alignment with overarching company objectives. This includes identifying, scoping, and executing AI-driven projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, optimizing user acquisition performance, fostering product innovation, and refining decision-making processes. You will serve as a critical bridge, translating complex business needs into actionable technical solutions and ensuring that AI opportunities yield measurable business impact.
• To excel in this role, you will cultivate a deep and comprehensive understanding of Almedia's business operations. This involves engaging actively with all departments, from user acquisition and marketing to product development and engineering, to gain a holistic view of how the company functions. Your insights will be crucial in identifying key areas where AI can unlock significant leverage and drive competitive advantage. • Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of core business operations, product development lifecycles, and effective user acquisition strategies.
• A hands-on, execution-oriented mindset with the practical capability to translate AI concepts into tangible implementations, such as automation, leveraging AI tools, designing data workflows, and managing experimentation.
