- • As the Vertical Marketing Lead for Socure’s Workforce GTM Pod, you will own the strategic positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution for Socure’s identity verification and fraud prevention solutions within a high-priority industry segment, directly influencing pipeline generation, revenue growth, and competitive differentiation in a mission-driven environment where verifying 100% of good identities in real time is the north star.
- • You will define and execute a comprehensive vertical marketing strategy that aligns product capabilities with the specific needs of workforce-focused customers, translating Socure’s AI-driven identity trust platform into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with economic buyers, technical stakeholders, and end-users across HR, talent acquisition, and workforce management use cases.
- • Day to day, you will develop and refine ideal customer profiles (ICPs), value propositions, and use cases tailored to the Workforce vertical, ensuring messaging is grounded in customer pain points, competitive differentiators, and measurable outcomes tied to fraud reduction, onboarding efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
- • You will partner closely with Product, Data Science, and Revenue Marketing teams to embed proprietary data, model performance metrics, and real-world insights into vertical narratives, transforming complex technical capabilities into accessible, evidence-based storytelling that supports sales enablement and demand generation.
- • You will create and maintain field-ready enablement assets including sales decks, playbooks, battlecards, ROI calculators, and customer success stories that equip the sales team to articulate value effectively, overcome objections, and accelerate deal cycles in high-stakes enterprise engagements.
- • You will design and execute integrated marketing campaigns in collaboration with GTM leadership, leveraging email, webinars, paid media, organic content, SDR outreach, and in-person events to generate qualified pipeline from target accounts within the Workforce segment, while continuously measuring performance against KPIs tied to lead quality, conversion rates, and revenue contribution.
- • You will partner with RevOps to establish, track, and analyze campaign and initiative performance, using data to iterate quickly, scale winning tactics, and refine underperforming elements to maximize marketing efficiency and ROI.
- • You will act as the vertical marketing owner during quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and annual planning cycles, influencing cross-functional stakeholders in Product, Sales, Data Science, and Marketing to ensure alignment on roadmap priorities, go-to-market readiness, and commercialization of new capabilities.
- • You will bring market intelligence, competitive analysis, and industry trend insights into GTM strategy discussions, helping Socure anticipate shifts in workforce technology adoption, regulatory changes (e.g., FCRA, EEOC, GDPR), and emerging fraud tactics to maintain a proactive, differentiated market position.
- • You will have the opportunity to shape how Socure is perceived as the standard-bearer for identity trust in the workforce technology space, directly contributing to the company’s mission of eliminating identity fraud while building deep expertise in vertical SaaS marketing at a high-growth, AI-driven leader in digital identity.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6–8 years of B2B marketing experience with proven success in product marketing, vertical/industry marketing, or segment-focused initiatives within high-growth SaaS, HR Tech, fraud prevention, identity verification, or adjacent technology markets.
- • Demonstrated ability to drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact through vertical marketing strategies, including experience developing ICPs, crafting value propositions, and executing campaigns that influenced sales outcomes and customer acquisition.
- • Strong skill in translating complex AI-driven, data-centric, or technical capabilities into clear, compelling, and audience-specific messaging that resonates with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in enterprise environments.
