  • Your primary mission will be to introduce the Saltz.App to new and existing gastronomic establishments, engaging directly with chefs and managers.
  • You will be the face of Saltz, demonstrating the app's value proposition and guiding culinary professionals through the process of placing their first orders, catering to a diverse range of establishments from cozy lunch spots to Michelin-starred restaurants.
  • We provide comprehensive coaching and training, empowering you with the knowledge and tools to succeed, while granting you the autonomy to manage your schedule and drive your results independently.
  • This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for the gastronomy sector, a drive to succeed, and a willingness to learn and grow, even without traditional sales experience.
  • You will be primarily operating in the field, visiting restaurants and kitchens to understand their needs and showcase how Saltz can simplify their procurement processes.
  • Your core objective is to present the Saltz marketplace as a solution that genuinely enhances the daily operations of chefs and owners.
  • You will be expected to conduct approximately 10-15 appointments per week, ensuring consistent follow-up with all prospects and clients.
  • Independent planning of your weekly schedule is crucial, with support available when needed, as you work towards achieving and exceeding your sales targets.
  • You will conduct live demonstrations of the Saltz-App directly within the dynamic environment of professional kitchens, tailoring the presentation to the specific needs of the chefs.
  • Proficiency in using our CRM system and other relevant tools will be developed, enabling you to meticulously document your progress and provide transparency to the wider team.
  • We value individuals who understand the fast-paced nature of the gastronomy world, whether gained from working in a kitchen, managing a bar, or serving as a concierge.
  • We are actively seeking individuals who are eager to transition into a sales role, with prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles being a significant advantage.
  • A genuine enjoyment of being on the move, entering kitchens, and building strong personal relationships with chefs and managers is essential for success in this role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English are required to effectively engage with a diverse clientele.
  • You must possess the ability to lead conversations confidently, listen actively to understand client needs, effectively problem-solve, and present yourself professionally.

🎯 Requirements

  • Proven understanding of the fast-paced gastronomy sector, gained through experience in kitchens, bar management, or similar customer-facing roles.
  • Enthusiasm for building personal relationships and engaging directly with chefs and managers in their work environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English, with the ability to conduct confident conversations and active listening.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within your designated city for client visits and appointments (approx. 10-15 per week).
  • Self-motivated and organized with the ability to plan and manage your own schedule effectively to meet sales targets.
