• • The Vice President, Chief of Staff, Americas Mobility and Payments at WEX Inc. serves as a strategic partner to the COO Americas for Mobility and Corporate Payments, acting as an extension of the executive to drive alignment, focus, and cross-functional orchestration across a complex, multi-line-of-business organization.
• • Day to day, the role involves facilitating strategic planning, designing and leading cross-functional forums, establishing reporting standards and executive scorecards, managing the 'Rhythm of the Business' for Board and investor updates, triaging requests to maximize the COO’s impact, coordinating high-impact customer or partner interactions, and serving as a strategic liaison to HR and Internal Communications to advance organizational culture and performance narratives.
