📋 Description

  • Serve as the strategic lead and executive counterpart for enterprise deployments, partnering directly with CHROs and senior business leaders in the Toronto area to shape human capital strategies that drive performance, culture, and growth.
  • Translate complex organizational and talent challenges into clear, compelling transformation plans and own those solutions from design through deployment, ensuring alignment with client business objectives.
  • Build and maintain high-trust relationships with C-suite and executive stakeholders, acting as a thought partner, advisor, and driver of change to influence strategic decision-making.
  • Lead and align cross-functional deployment teams (delivery, data, communications, change management) with accountability for overall client outcomes and impact delivery.
  • Facilitate strategic working sessions and deliver executive updates that articulate the value and progress of BetterUp’s human transformation initiatives, using narrative and data to move stakeholders.
  • Partner with the Account Team to ensure seamless continuity between sales and delivery, leveraging advisory-led influence to identify and expand opportunities for client growth.
  • Focus on long-term outcomes, not just deliverables, ensuring that client transformations deliver measurable improvements in retention, engagement, and ROI.
  • Apply pattern recognition, coaching mindset, and a high standard for strategic execution to every client engagement, integrating AI-driven insights to personalize client interactions, identify upsell opportunities, and predict churn.
  • Use AI-generated analytics and data analysis to quantify impact on key client metrics—including retention, expansion, and ROI—to inform data-backed account recommendations and strategic planning.
  • Operate at the intersection of human expertise and AI capability, actively experimenting with AI tools to enhance client engagement, accelerate learning, and amplify impact while maintaining human judgment and creativity.
  • Maintain a bias for action, thrive in ambiguity, and prioritize making things better over simply completing tasks, driving continuous improvement in client solutions and internal processes.
  • Bring deep domain expertise in human capital strategy, organizational development, or enterprise talent systems, combined with strong business acumen to connect people initiatives to financial and operational outcomes.

  • Contribute to shaping best practices for AI-augmented client work by sharing discoveries, iterating on tools, and helping define how technology can enhance—not replace—human-led transformation.

🎯 Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in consulting, HR transformation, organizational development, or a similar strategic role
  • Track record of executive-level advising, especially with CHROs or enterprise business leaders
  • Deep domain expertise in human capital, people strategy, or enterprise talent systems combined with business acumen
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional deployments or change initiatives at scale
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to craft and deliver a narrative that moves hearts and minds
  • Experience operating inside high-growth SaaS, human transformation platforms, or people tech companies
