- ⢠As the Vice President of Client Relations (Transaction Management) at Rocket Mortgage, you will serve as a strategic leader responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and maintaining high satisfaction levels across the special servicing portfolio. Your role is pivotal in driving client engagement, operational performance, and sustainable business growth through proactive relationship management and cross-functional collaboration.
- ⢠You will act as the primary liaison between clients and internal operational leadership, ensuring seamless communication, timely issue resolution, and alignment on strategic objectives. This includes overseeing end-to-end portfolio management and supporting complex client transactions such as acquisitions, sales, loan transfers, and private securitizations.
- ⢠Your leadership will focus on leveraging data-driven insights to monitor portfolio health, generate actionable reporting, and identify opportunities for process optimization, risk mitigation, and enhanced value delivery for clients and the organization.
- ⢠You will build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team by fostering a culture of accountability, service excellence, and operational rigor, while promoting innovation and continuous improvement in transaction execution and client service delivery.
- ⢠Oversee technology development, deployment, and optimization initiatives, utilizing advanced tools and frameworksāincluding AI and data analyticsāto improve transaction efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across digital and offline channels.
- ⢠Provide critical insights, performance analysis, and forecasting to senior leadership and cross-functional partners in finance, legal, operations, and risk management, uncovering trends that inform strategic decisions and future growth initiatives.
- ⢠Champion strategic partnerships both internally and externally, ensuring alignment between client needs and organizational capabilities while contributing to Rocket Mortgageās mission of helping everyone achieve homeownership through innovative, client-centric solutions.
- ⢠Drive continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies, implementing best practices, and measuring outcomes through KPIs related to client satisfaction, transaction speed, error rates, and operational cost efficiency.
šÆ Requirements
- ⢠Minimum of 15+ years of progressive experience in mortgage servicing, capital markets, or related financial services leadership roles.
- ⢠Proven track record of managing diverse, high-performing teams for at least 8 years, including experience in change management, innovation leadership, and organizational development.
- ⢠Demonstrated success in overseeing complex transaction portfolios, particularly those involving loan acquisitions, sales, transfers, and securitizations, with exposure to portfolios of $250M+ preferred.
- ⢠Strong proficiency in data analytics, attribution modeling, and performance measurement, with hands-on experience using AI-driven tools and modern marketing/transaction technology platforms.
- ⢠Exceptional communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with consistent experience engaging senior leadership, external clients, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- ⢠Bachelorās degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; Masterās degree preferred.
