• • The Vice President Clinical Operations is the senior clinical leader overseeing absence, disability, and leave management services, ensuring clinical quality, rigorous medical decisions, and integration of expertise into claims operations to enhance employee outcomes and drive business growth.
• • Day to day, the role involves acting as the lead clinical expert for leave and disability case management, providing expert consultation on complex cases, overseeing clinical quality programs, leading clinical roundtables, managing physician consultants and senior clinical staff, designing and delivering clinical training, overseeing development of clinical content, supporting client relationship management, providing expertise during sales presentations and RFPs, developing materials that articulate the clinical model and value proposition, and providing clinical input into technology platforms and analytics.
