- • As Vice President of Enterprise AI Strategy and Transformation at CrowdStrike, you will lead the company-wide AI Center of Excellence to operationalize agentic systems and AI-driven workflows across the enterprise, directly supporting the $10B revenue goal and OPEX optimization.
- • You will define the Enterprise AI Roadmap, chair the AI SteerCo, build and manage a cross-functional team of Product Managers, Engineers, and Analysts, and ensure AI adoption aligns with security, governance, and ethical standards.
- • You will partner with HR, Sales, Engineering, and other business units to embed AI into daily operations, drive productivity through hyper-automation, and continuously scout emerging technologies like LLMs and autonomous agents to maintain CrowdStrike’s innovation edge.
- • CrowdStrike is a global cybersecurity leader with a mission-driven culture that values innovation, autonomy, and customer obsession; this role offers the opportunity to build an AI legacy that will influence the industry while working remotely with executive-level impact and resources.
🎯 Requirements
- • 15+ years of experience leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives in high-growth, large-scale organizations
- • Deep understanding of the current AI landscape, including Generative AI, agentic capabilities, and Large Language Models (LLMs), with ability to distinguish hype from high-impact utility
- • Proven ability to lead executive-level steering committees, influence C-level decision-making, and secure investment for technology initiatives
- • Experience managing technical teams (Data Science, Engineering) and partnering with Product Engineering organizations
- • Strong background in business process automation, including CRM, ERP, and Enterprise Data Lakes modernization
