- • As the Vice President of Federal Growth at PeakMetrics Inc., you will serve as the senior-most federal growth leader responsible for shaping and executing the company’s go-to-market strategy across the Department of Defense (DoD) and broader U.S. Government (USG), directly driving revenue outcomes through strategic capture, pipeline development, and customer engagement in high-stakes national security environments.
- • You will own the full federal revenue lifecycle — from strategy and pipeline generation to capture execution, bookings, renewals, recompetes, and expansions — while personally leading priority pursuits, building partner relationships, and ensuring alignment between customer insights, product development, and delivery readiness.
- • You will lead and develop a high-performing federal team, establishing operating rhythms, performance expectations, and accountability frameworks, while maintaining deep involvement in deal execution, CRM discipline, and executive forecasting to ensure leadership visibility into pipeline health and risks.
- • You will represent PeakMetrics at the executive level in customer engagements, partner meetings, and federal industry forums, translating mission needs into compelling value propositions and win themes, while partnering with Product and Insights to inform roadmap inputs and ensure pursuit readiness.
- • You will thrive in a high-ownership, fast-moving startup environment where your experience in federal business development, capture execution, and stakeholder engagement will directly contribute to protecting and growing revenue through disciplined pursuit of task orders, modifications, and follow-on awards across complex acquisition vehicles.
- • You will leverage your deep familiarity with the modern information environment — including narrative intelligence, influence operations, OSINT, and MISO — to win federal business by aligning PeakMetrics’ platform capabilities with mission-critical customer needs in strategic communications and information operations.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of relevant experience in federal business development, capture, mission support, or related leadership roles with a proven record of winning federal business (prime and/or subcontract) through disciplined capture execution.
- • Experience engaging senior DoD/USG stakeholders and navigating complex acquisition environments, including working knowledge of federal procurement pathways and vehicles such as IDIQs, BPAs, OTAs, SBIR/STTR, and subcontracting.
- • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate mission needs into clear value propositions and win themes, and comfort operating in a high-ownership, fast-moving startup environment with limited resources and high accountability.
