- • Lead the strategic development and execution of comprehensive U.S. field and partner marketing plans, ensuring seamless alignment with SHI's overarching go-to-market (GTM) strategy and the dynamic priorities of our extensive partner ecosystem.
- • Assume ownership of a multimillion-dollar marketing budget, making astute quarterly investment decisions to maximize return on investment (ROI) for both SHI-funded initiatives and partner-contributed funds, including the effective management of Market Development Funds (MDF) and Joint Marketing Funds (JMF).
- • Define and articulate a clear, forward-looking vision and multi-year strategy for the enterprise, strategic, global business units, field marketing, and partner marketing functions, with the ultimate goal of significantly driving pipeline generation, accelerating revenue growth, and fostering deeper account expansion.
- • Cultivate robust, collaborative partnerships with Sales teams to foster shared accountability for pipeline development and ensure integrated, high-impact execution of marketing programs.
- • Serve as an integral and contributing member of the broader marketing leadership team, actively participating in strategic GTM planning, comprehensive budgeting processes, and critical organizational transformation initiatives.
- • Architect and implement sophisticated U.S. field and partner demand generation strategies meticulously designed to meet ambitious revenue targets, support key sales priorities, and capitalize on unique regional market opportunities.
- • Drive demonstrable and sustained pipeline growth across all key business segments, including Enterprise, Global, and Public Sector, through the deployment of highly targeted campaigns, impactful partner-led initiatives, strategic Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs, and localized regional activation efforts.
- • Collaborate closely with Sales and Revenue Operations (RevOps) to establish precise Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), diligently track pipeline performance metrics, and continuously optimize funnel velocity for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
- • Design and execute scalable, high-impact field marketing programs tailored to regional needs, encompassing a diverse range of activities such as regional events, executive engagement forums, targeted roadshows, informative field webinars, and bespoke account-based initiatives.
- • Forge strong, synergistic partnerships with regional sales leadership to provide dedicated support for territory planning, proactive pipeline creation, accelerated deal closure, and enhanced forecast accuracy.
- • Ensure that all field marketing initiatives are seamlessly integrated with broader corporate marketing efforts, including digital marketing, ABM strategies, and lifecycle marketing, to deliver cohesive, multi-touch buyer journeys that resonate across the entire sales funnel.
- • Develop and elevate a world-class partner marketing program that engages and empowers our strategic channel partners, fostering deeper collaboration and mutual success.
- • Enhance co-marketing, co-selling, and marketplace motions to significantly expand market reach, amplify partner influence, and accelerate partner-influenced revenue streams.
- • Establish robust, scalable frameworks for partner content creation, joint campaign development, demand generation programs, and the execution of partner-led events.
- • Strategically manage the MDF process, including governance, allocation, and optimization, ensuring that all investments yield high-quality pipeline generation and deliver measurable, impactful ROI.
- • Lead the complex orchestration of cross-functional campaigns, intricate partner initiatives, and significant regional events to guarantee cohesive and consistent customer and partner experiences across the entire United States.
- • Develop and implement scalable processes for efficient campaign activation, effective partner co-marketing execution, seamless event management, and comprehensive field enablement.
- • Uphold consistent standards, messaging, and reporting protocols across all U.S. regions, ensuring seamless integration of corporate marketing, content strategy, digital marketing, and product marketing into unified GTM execution.
- • Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing U.S. field and partner marketing team, comprising regional marketers, partner program managers, event strategists, and operational support roles, fostering an environment of growth and development.
- • Establish clear, measurable goals, define robust accountability frameworks, and implement rigorous performance metrics for the entire marketing organization.
- • Foster a vibrant culture of collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence that deeply aligns with SHI's core values and unwavering customer-centric mission.
- • Drive continuous operational excellence through the implementation of clear, standardized processes, effective playbooks, and strong cross-functional alignment.

- • Collaborate closely with the Marketing Analytics and Sales Operations teams to ensure data integrity, implement closed-loop reporting mechanisms, and derive actionable insights from performance data.
- • Regularly present comprehensive performance results, strategic analyses, and actionable recommendations to executive leadership, informing future strategic decisions.
