- • The Vice President of Finance at Rev, Inc. serves as a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team, driving clarity, accountability, and performance across the business by ensuring every team understands the metrics that matter and how their work ties to company success.
- • This role is critical in aligning the organization around clear KPIs, financial discipline, and operational execution, helping shape the future of speech technology by empowering teams to innovate with data-driven insights.
- • The VP of Finance will establish and operationalize core performance metrics, translate company goals into measurable outcomes across business units, and ensure every team understands how their work drives growth and success.
- • They will partner closely with department leaders across product, engineering, sales, marketing, and operations to develop deep insights into each unit’s drivers, identify efficiency and growth opportunities, and provide financial insights that support operational decision-making.
- • The role includes owning company forecasting, financial modeling, and scenario planning, guiding investment decisions and resource allocation, and delivering strategic recommendations to the CEO and leadership team to fuel sustainable growth.
- • The VP will drive cross-functional alignment by helping leaders align around shared metrics and priorities, identifying operational bottlenecks, and ensuring financial insights translate into actionable business decisions that improve performance.

🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of experience in strategic finance, consulting, business operations, or corporate strategy, with a preference for SaaS or technology company background.
- • Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills, coupled with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable business insights for non-finance leaders.
- • Proven experience partnering with executive leadership teams and multiple business units in a high-growth environment, demonstrating strong influence and collaboration across departments.
