đź“‹ Description

  • • As the Vice President of Financial Planning & Analytics (FP&A) at Tebra, you will be instrumental in shaping the financial future of our rapidly growing company. This pivotal leadership role is designed to establish robust planning processes, take ownership of internal reporting, and build a centralized Business Intelligence (BI) foundation that empowers executive and board-level decision-making. You will be the driving force behind consistent operating metrics, rigorous forecasting discipline, and the delivery of high-quality, actionable analytics across all departments.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to lead the end-to-end financial planning and forecasting processes, including the development and implementation of rolling forecast models. This involves collaborating closely with functional leaders across the organization, acting as their trusted finance partner to provide strategic insights and support their financial objectives.
  • • You will own the company's planning calendar, ensuring a clear cadence for all financial activities and fostering cross-functional alignment to achieve shared goals. A key aspect of this role is establishing standardized assumptions, financial frameworks, and rigorous Return on Investment (ROI) evaluation methods to ensure that all strategic initiatives are data-driven and financially sound.
  • • A significant part of your mandate will be to build and mature centralized BI capabilities. This includes developing executive dashboards that provide a clear, concise overview of company performance, defining and maintaining the company's core operating metrics, and ensuring the integrity and clarity of board-level reporting. Your work will directly influence strategic direction and resource allocation.
  • • You will be tasked with driving proactive scenario modeling and conducting thorough tradeoff analyses to support leadership in making critical decisions. This requires a deep understanding of the business and the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, strategic recommendations.
  • • Ensuring data integrity and the consistent definition of metrics across all teams is paramount. You will champion a unified approach to financial data, eliminating ambiguity and fostering a data-driven culture throughout the organization.
  • • A critical objective is to drive automation within FP&A processes, significantly reducing dependency on manual, Excel-based workflows. This will involve identifying opportunities for technological solutions and implementing systems that enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • • You will be responsible for ensuring consistency across all performance views, whether weekly, monthly, or quarterly, providing leadership with a reliable and unified understanding of the company's financial health and operational performance.
  • • This role includes the leadership and development of the FP&A team, nurturing talent and fostering a high-performing environment. You will also support analytics partners embedded within functional teams, ensuring a cohesive approach to data analysis and financial insights.
  • • In close partnership with the CFO, you will play a key role in identifying and quantifying opportunities for both efficiency gains and revenue growth, particularly exploring the potential of AI across the company's operations and product offerings.
  • • This is a strategic leadership position that requires a blend of deep financial expertise, strong analytical acumen, and exceptional leadership skills. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on Tebra's growth trajectory and its mission to unlock better healthcare.
