- • As the Vice President of Growth and Systems at Pebl Technologies Inc., you will be instrumental in architecting and scaling our sophisticated growth engine, encompassing both Sales-Led and Product-Led strategies. This is a pivotal, high-impact leadership position that demands a blend of strategic foresight and hands-on execution, focusing intently on driving revenue growth. Your remit extends beyond traditional demand generation to encompass the entire revenue funnel, from initial customer acquisition through to retention and expansion.
- • You will be the architect and steward of Pebl’s modern growth infrastructure. This includes owning the end-to-end campaign execution across digital and field marketing, as well as the underlying systems that power our growth. You will be responsible for the marketing operations, data infrastructure, advanced analytics, continuous funnel optimization, rigorous experimentation, accurate revenue forecasting, and the strategic architecture of our marketing technology stack.
- • Collaboration will be key to your success. You will forge strong partnerships with our Sales, Product, Finance, and Executive Leadership teams. This cross-functional alignment is crucial to ensure that Pebl’s growth engine operates with predictability, maximum efficiency, and is built for scalable, sustainable growth.
- • A core tenet of this role is an AI-first approach to growth. You will be expected to embed artificial intelligence deeply into the fabric of our growth operations. This involves leveraging AI to significantly enhance campaign performance, personalize customer journeys, improve the accuracy of our forecasts, boost operational efficiency across the board, and accelerate the velocity of our experimentation efforts.
- • The objective of this AI integration is to empower our teams, expedite execution, and establish a distinct competitive advantage for Pebl, rather than introducing unnecessary complexity. You will lead the charge in defining and implementing Pebl’s AI-first growth strategy, ensuring alignment across marketing, product, and revenue teams around a unified vision for growth.
- • You will build and meticulously optimize a unified customer funnel, tracking performance from the very first touchpoint through to revenue realization, ongoing retention, and successful expansion opportunities. This holistic view is essential for understanding and improving the entire customer lifecycle.
- • Your ownership extends to the complete marketing and growth technology ecosystem. This includes the foundational data infrastructure, marketing automation platforms, predictive modeling capabilities, comprehensive analytics suites, and robust reporting mechanisms. You will ensure these systems are integrated, efficient, and scalable.
- • A critical deliverable will be the creation and maintenance of executive-level dashboards and reporting frameworks. These will provide clear, real-time visibility into key performance indicators such as pipeline health, conversion rates at each stage, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), and overall growth efficiency. You will champion consistent metric definitions across all relevant teams to ensure data integrity and a shared understanding.
- • You will be entrusted with managing multi-million dollar marketing and growth budgets. Accountability for demonstrable return on investment (ROI) will be paramount, requiring meticulous tracking and strategic allocation of resources.
- • The role involves leading the annual strategic planning process, managing quarterly budgeting cycles, and collaborating closely with Finance and Sales on accurate revenue forecasting. This financial acumen is vital for predictable business planning.
- • You will design, implement, and maintain a clear, structured experimentation framework. This framework will be the engine for continuous funnel improvement, enabling us to test hypotheses, learn rapidly, and iterate on strategies to optimize performance.
- • You will be responsible for implementing and scaling modern, best-in-class analytics tools such as Segment, Amplitude, and other related platforms, ensuring we have the most advanced capabilities for understanding customer behavior and growth drivers.
- • Driving alignment across Marketing, Sales, and Product teams around shared growth metrics, definitions, and objectives is a key responsibility. This ensures a cohesive and unified approach to achieving our growth targets.
- • You will instill operational rigor throughout the growth organization, empowering teams to execute with speed, agility, and unwavering confidence, fostering a culture of both accountability and innovation.
- • This leadership position requires a forward-thinking individual who can combine strategic vision with deep operational expertise. You must be comfortable operating at the executive level while also diving into the granular details of systems, data analysis, and experimentation. Your ultimate responsibility is to own revenue performance, create clarity, drive accountability, and bring structure to our growth planning, all while maintaining the speed and adaptability essential in a dynamic market.
🎯 Requirements
- • 15+ years of progressive experience in growth, marketing operations, revenue operations, or related strategic leadership roles, with a proven track record of scaling revenue engines.
- • Demonstrated success in leading and optimizing both Sales-Led and Product-Led growth motions concurrently within a SaaS environment.
- • Proven experience managing substantial, multi-million dollar budgets with a clear, measurable impact on performance outcomes and ROI.
- • Deep expertise in strategic planning, budgeting, and revenue forecasting, specifically within the SaaS industry.
- • Strong analytical acumen with fluency in key SaaS metrics such as CAC, LTV, pipeline velocity, conversion rates, and funnel optimization techniques.
- • Hands-on experience implementing, managing, and optimizing modern growth technology stacks, including marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and data platforms.
