  • • The Vice President, Market Access Consulting will lead the growth and development of consultative services for life sciences clients, driving new business, cultivating key client relationships, and identifying opportunities to expand current engagements within Precision AQ’s consulting team.
  • • Day to day, the VP will deliver market access engagements across the access continuum (payer, provider, patient), achieve revenue and sales goals through direct client engagement, support project leads in client management and delivery, and provide leadership to the core consulting team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • • The role involves supporting hiring, staffing, people development, and culture building, collaborating across business units on strategy and execution, and coaching, mentoring, and developing staff through onboarding and career development planning.
  • • Precision AQ is an award-winning global healthcare market access consultancy focused on helping life sciences clients navigate complex healthcare markets, including early pipeline planning, pricing, market access strategy, reimbursement, contracting, and specialty distribution. The VP will join a growing US Market Access Consulting team and report to the SVP, Managing Director of US Access Strategy & Analytics.
  • • In this role, the individual will deepen expertise in market access and reimbursement, gain invaluable industry experience across the drug lifecycle, and contribute to transformative healthcare solutions by accelerating patient access to therapies in areas such as rare disease, cell and gene therapy, oncology, vaccines, and digital therapeutics.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree in science, Economics, Business, or a related field (master’s or PhD preferred)
  • • 10+ years of consulting or commercialization strategy experience, with majority in health policy or reimbursement strategy focused on physician-administered medicine
  • • Proven track record in revenue generation and business development
  • • Strong understanding of CMS regulations, coding, payment methodologies, and physician reimbursement dynamics
  • • Excellent communication skills, including strategic and technical writing
  • • Demonstrated leadership, team development, mentoring, and client relationship-building abilities
