  • • This position requires you to oversee the meticulous development of targeted media lists, conceptualize compelling story proposals, and expertly coordinate media interviews and high-profile speaking opportunities for senior leaders, ensuring maximum visibility and positive impact.
  • • A significant responsibility will be to proactively build, nurture, and deepen robust relationships with key national, regional, and trade media outlets, influential industry stakeholders, and other vital external partners. These relationships are the bedrock of effective public relations.
  • • You will be responsible for the continuous monitoring, insightful analysis, and clear interpretation of media coverage across the industry, competitive landscape, and issue-driven topics. Based on these analyses, you will recommend proactive strategies and responsive action plans to navigate and influence the media environment.
  • • Ensuring the timely, accurate, and comprehensive distribution and diligent reporting of media coverage across all relevant business areas and subsidiaries is paramount. This ensures internal alignment and informed decision-making.
  • • You will collaborate seamlessly with Communications Leadership and a diverse range of cross-functional partners to execute high-quality media programs. This encompasses the entire lifecycle, from initial strategy conception through to successful placement and follow-up.
  • • This role demands strong leadership capabilities, including providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities to the media and public relations team members. Fostering a high-performance culture and supporting individual growth are key objectives.
