- • Design and lead the development of scalable clinical care models, protocols, and pathways to ensure consistent, high-quality patient outcomes across all markets.
- • Build and oversee policies, procedures, and audit systems to maintain compliance with state and federal regulations and accreditation standards for home health programs.
- • Establish continuous quality improvement (CQI) programs with defined owners, cadences, and feedback loops to drive ongoing clinical excellence.
- • Partner with Recruiting to define clinician hiring profiles, interview rubrics, and hiring standards that align with company-wide needs and constrained talent markets.
- • Design and implement scalable onboarding, training, and credentialing frameworks that rapidly onboard clinicians while reinforcing organizational culture and clinical standards.
- • Create development pathways, coaching structures, and peer review systems to reduce variability in care delivery and elevate clinician performance over time.
- • Develop operational frameworks that guide how clinical standards are executed by market leaders across diverse geographic regions.
- • Pilot, launch, and iterate clinical initiatives across branches to ensure consistent implementation of care models, diagnosing gaps and deploying solutions through tools, governance, and process design.
- • Collaborate with Growth and Operations teams to align clinical quality strategy with market expansion plans, ensuring quality scales in tandem with growth.
- • Define and own the clinical KPI stack including outcomes, rehospitalization rates, visit adherence, documentation quality, and patient experience metrics.
- • Build intuitive dashboards and review processes that translate clinical data into actionable insights and drive rapid issue resolution.
- • Partner with Product and AI teams to reduce clinician administrative burden, improve documentation quality, and surface quality insights through technology-enabled solutions.
- • Directly oversee Education, Compliance, and Telehealth departments: set strategic priorities, allocate resources, and ensure alignment with company objectives.
- • Scale these functions as the company grows by standardizing education curricula, expanding telehealth capabilities, and maturing compliance infrastructure.
- • Establish clear handoffs and feedback loops between clinical support functions and field operations to ensure seamless execution.
- • Lead initiatives that build trust with clinicians, market leaders, executives, and external partners through transparent communication and consistent delivery.
- • Foster a culture of excellence, safety, and continuous learning by celebrating successes and addressing failures with openness and accountability.
- • Maintain an owner mentality with bias to action, low ego, and the ability to balance high clinical standards with pragmatic execution.
- • Communicate clearly and concisely, bringing structure to ambiguity and driving alignment across cross-functional teams.
- • Operate as a tech-forward, strategic thinker who leverages data and technology to solve systemic clinical challenges.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years in clinical operations, quality, or compliance within home health or closely related care delivery
- • Proven experience building or scaling clinical programs and teams in multi-site or multi-market settings
- • Track record of turning clinical standards into simple, usable workflows that clinicians adopt
- • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and accreditation standards in home health
- • Data-driven mindset with ability to define KPIs and lead reviews that drive operational change
- • Excellent communication and change leadership skills; comfortable influencing without direct authority
