Vice President of Defense & Security

📋 Description

• • As Vice President of Defense & Security at Skylight, Inc., you will own the overall success of the company’s defense and security business, including full accountability for profit and loss (P&L), strategic growth, and exceptional client outcomes for U.S. Department of Defense components and security-mission agencies such as the Department of Justice and Department of Homeland Security.
• • You will own and expand Skylight’s portfolio of work with defense and security customers, manage it as an independent business, research and interpret key market drivers, translate insights into innovative service offerings, build strategic relationships with government stakeholders, lead bid and proposal processes, transform client objectives into customized engagement strategies, assemble and manage multi-disciplinary teams, provide oversight of client engagements, facilitate retrospectives, step in for hands-on delivery support when needed, and oversee core operational functions including human resource management.
