đź“‹ Description

  • • As the Vice President of Sales at Brellium Inc., you will be at the forefront of our mission to revolutionize the US healthcare system by leading and scaling our sales organization. This pivotal role is designed for a visionary leader who can build, manage, and inspire a high-performing team of Account Executives (AEs) and Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to consistently surpass revenue targets and drive sustainable, long-term growth. You will be instrumental in shaping Brellium's go-to-market strategy, establishing robust operational frameworks, and fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. Your leadership will directly impact our ability to provide AI-powered technology that helps healthcare providers deliver safer, higher-quality care, addressing critical clinical and compliance risks before they affect patients. By joining Brellium, you are not just taking on a leadership position; you are becoming a key architect in improving the standard of care across the nation, ensuring providers have the tools to deliver clinically excellent, data-driven care at scale.
  • • In this dynamic role, your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of strategic and tactical sales leadership. You will be responsible for the direct management and ongoing development of your sales team, including AEs and BDRs, providing them with the coaching, mentorship, and resources needed to excel. A core part of your function will be to set ambitious yet achievable team targets, meticulously track progress against key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement rigorous operating cadences such as regular pipeline reviews, forecasting meetings, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to ensure predictable execution and strong forecasting discipline. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional leadership, including Product, Marketing, and Customer Success, to refine and evolve our overall go-to-market strategy, ensuring alignment and synergy across all departments. A significant aspect of your role will involve designing and executing sophisticated go-to-market motions for both Mid-Market (MM) and Enterprise (ENT) segments, focusing on effective segmentation, account coverage strategies, multi-threading within target organizations, and achieving executive alignment to drive consistent revenue growth. You will also play a crucial role in developing and refining sales playbooks, ensuring they are data-driven, repeatable, and optimized for maximum effectiveness in complex healthcare environments. Furthermore, you will be expected to personally contribute to closing key enterprise deals, leveraging your expertise to navigate intricate sales cycles and build strong relationships with C-level buyers, thereby setting a high standard for the entire team.
  • • Brellium is a rapidly growing Series A company, founded in 2021, with a clear mission to enhance healthcare quality through AI-powered technology. We have already made a significant impact, serving over 250,000 providers across all 50 states with our real-time medical review platform designed to mitigate clinical and compliance risks. Our impressive growth is backed by over $30 million in funding from esteemed investors like First Round Capital, Left Lane Capital, and Menlo Ventures. You will be joining a team that values a 'Bias to Action,' encouraging quick, reversible decisions and forward momentum. We foster an environment where individuals 'Think for Themselves,' questioning the status quo to find better solutions. 'Negative Maintenance' is a core tenet, meaning teammates are self-motivated, self-aware, and poised under pressure. We 'Expect Excellence,' holding ourselves to high standards in decision-making, execution, and communication, while always striving for clarity and conciseness. This is a unique opportunity to join a mission-driven company at a critical growth stage, where your contributions will have a tangible impact on the future of healthcare delivery.
  • • In this role, you will have the unparalleled opportunity to build and shape a sales organization from the ground up, establishing best practices and defining the future of sales at Brellium. You will gain invaluable experience in scaling enterprise revenue, moving from current ARR to significantly higher targets, and mastering predictable execution and forecasting in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You will hone your strategic leadership skills by partnering with executive leadership to define and refine the company's GTM strategy, directly influencing the company's growth trajectory. The role offers extensive exposure to complex, 7-figure+ enterprise deal cycles, including navigating security, procurement, legal, and executive stakeholder landscapes, allowing you to develop deep expertise in closing multi-stakeholder deals. You will also have the chance to collaborate closely with Product and Solutions teams, contributing to the development of enterprise-ready packaging, compelling ROI narratives, and repeatable sales playbooks. For individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit, this position provides the chance to thrive in a rapidly growing startup environment, where adaptability and flexibility are key, and to successfully scale teams through periods of significant change and ambiguity, making a lasting impact on the company's success and the healthcare industry as a whole.
