- • As Vice President of Operations Excellence and Enablement at Centene Corporation, you will drive the development and execution of strategies to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer experience and compliance for the Population Health & Clinical Outcomes Organization (PHCO), directly impacting the health of 28 million members.
- • Day to day, you will oversee the Project Management Office and enterprise clinical appeals organization, analyze and optimize operational processes using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies, standardize processes, monitor KPIs, lead and mentor teams, build high-performing teams, collaborate cross-functionally, communicate strategies to stakeholders, analyze operational data, develop reporting systems for senior management, and ensure compliance with Plan, Do, Check, Adjust processes.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, healthcare management, or related field or equivalent experience required
- • 10+ years of healthcare operations experience required
- • Previous experience managing staff, including hiring, training, managing workload and performance, required
