  • • As Vice President, People at NetBox Labs, you will lead and scale the People function as a core business accelerator, reporting directly to the CFO to drive talent quality, organizational effectiveness, and workforce strategy in support of the company’s mission to simplify network infrastructure management.
  • • You will own end-to-end talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, total rewards, people operations, and risk and compliance, building scalable systems and data-driven insights to support a high-velocity, remote-first workforce scaling from 100 to 500+ employees.
  • • You will partner with Marketing on employer brand, Finance on compensation modeling and headcount planning, and leaders across engineering, product, go-to-market, and G&A on org design, career ladders, and leadership development to align people strategy with business priorities.
  • • You will shape and evolve NetBox Labs’ culture by fostering ownership, clear communication, low politics, and high performance while leveraging AI and automation to increase efficiency in HR systems like Justworks, Deel, Culture Amp, Ashby, Pave, and HRIS.
  • • You will protect the company through strong employee relations, policy enforcement, compliance across US, UK, Canada, and Australia, and risk-aware decision-making that maintains fairness and credibility.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 10+ years of experience in People/Talent roles with at least 2 years in a Head or VP-level leadership position
  • • Proven experience scaling global, remote-first B2B SaaS and AI-native organizations from 100 to 500+ employees
  • • Deep expertise in performance management, total rewards, learning and development, and talent acquisition
  • • Strong business and operator mindset with a track record of linking HR initiatives to team performance, velocity, retention, engagement, and business outcomes
  • • Comfort making and advising on high-stakes talent decisions and influencing executives at all levels
  • • Data-driven approach to people strategy with ability to build people analytics and leverage AI tools for HR efficiency
  • • Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust while constructively challenging leadership
