- • In this pivotal leadership role, you will spearhead our Enterprise Account Executive team, focusing on penetrating new, large-scale non-profit accounts and driving significant new client revenue. - • As a proven leader with a history of building and scaling high-performing sales teams, you will be instrumental in coaching your team through sophisticated, relationship-oriented, and pain-focused discovery processes. - • You will be responsible for leading, hiring, and developing a team of exceptional Enterprise Account Executives. - • A core aspect of your role will be to architect, rigorously test, and continuously refine our Enterprise sales processes and methodologies. - • You will actively drive pipeline generation in close collaboration with your Account Executives and cross-functional partners. This involves shaping strategic territory plans, account targeting, and vertical-specific approaches to maximize market penetration and revenue growth.
- • You will oversee the end-to-end execution of the sales funnel, from initial discovery to complex negotiation and closing of substantial B2B SaaS deals, with a focus on deals exceeding $100K in Annual Contract Value (ACV).
- • A critical responsibility is to meticulously inspect deals, identifying nuances and potential risks. You will guide your team in developing creative strategies, moving beyond rigid compliance checklists, to effectively unlock stakeholder alignment and navigate complex organizational structures.
- • You will foster strong partnerships with Marketing, RevOps, Product, Legal, and Security teams. This collaboration is essential for aligning on enablement strategies, refining messaging, optimizing pricing, and ensuring cohesive go-to-market strategies.
- • Establishing forecasting rigor is paramount, but not at the expense of creativity. You will be expected to deliver accurate forecasts and provide insightful narrative updates to leadership, enabling informed strategic decisions.
- • You will instrument and analyze key process performance metrics, including conversion rates, sales cycle times, and win/loss ratios. Based on this data, you will implement continuous improvements to optimize sales efficiency and effectiveness.
- • This role demands deep experience selling into large enterprise organizations, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in the Non-profit sector, Federal/State, Local, and Education (SLED), or Higher Education markets.
- • You will leverage your consistent success with complex, multi-stakeholder SaaS deals, demonstrating an ability to navigate intricate procurement processes and build consensus across diverse decision-making units.
- • A key differentiator will be your demonstrated ownership of shaping business deals, rather than merely executing a pre-defined playbook. You will bring a flexible, consultative approach to solution design, tailoring offerings to meet specific client needs.
- • Exceptional emotional intelligence (EQ) and consultative selling skills are essential. You must be adept at reading situations, navigating organizational politics and procurement hurdles, and adapting your approach to situational nuances.
- • Strong coaching capabilities are required, encompassing opportunity strategy development, deal inspection, executive storytelling, and negotiation tactics. You will mentor your team to elevate their skills in these critical areas.
- • You should be comfortable collaborating with RevOps on key metrics, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline health, utilizing data to inform decisions without being rigidly bound by it.
- • Experience selling into mission-driven organizations, such as foundations and NGOs, and within education technology ecosystems is a significant advantage.
- • Familiarity with the security and compliance reviews common in public sector and education environments will be highly beneficial.
- • This is a remote position, based in the USA, requiring presence within Eastern (EST) or Central (CST) time zones. Candidates located in the NYC area are highly preferred.
- • The target on-target earnings (OTE) for this role range from $360,000 to $380,000, inclusive of base salary and variable compensation. Stock options are also a component of the compensation package.

- • 10+ years in B2B SaaS sales with a minimum of 3 years leading Enterprise Account Executive teams, demonstrating a proven track record of consistently achieving team new-business targets.
- • Deep experience selling into large enterprise organizations, with a strong preference for experience within the Non-profit sector, Federal/State, Local, and Education (SLED), or Higher Education markets.
- • Consistent success closing complex, multi-stakeholder SaaS deals, navigating intricate sales cycles and procurement processes.
- • Demonstrated ability to shape business deals and develop flexible, consultative solutions tailored to client needs, rather than solely executing pre-defined playbooks.
- • High emotional intelligence (EQ) and advanced consultative selling skills, with a proven ability to navigate organizational politics, understand stakeholder motivations, and adapt to complex situations.
