• • As Vice President of Salesforce Product Management at Flosum Inc., you will shape the future of how the world’s largest Salesforce teams build, protect, and innovate by owning the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a platform that empowers mission-critical enterprises to ship fearlessly and govern with confidence—all within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• • Day to day, you will set the North Star by crafting a bold multi-year product vision aligned with Salesforce’s evolution (including Agentforce and Data Cloud), build and mentor a world-class product organization across DevOps, data management, and security, obsess over customer insights from admins to CISOs, drive full product lifecycles for capabilities like Git-based version control and AI-assisted code review, stay ahead of Salesforce platform releases, win the category by outthinking competitors, and act as a force multiplier by partnering with marketing, sales, success, and AppExchange/SI partners.
• • You will join Flosum, the only 100% Salesforce-native DevSecOps, data, and security platform, trusted by banks, hospitals, governments, and Fortune 500 enterprises to eliminate the tradeoff between moving fast and staying safe. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll lead a passionate team and collaborate with engineers and customers solving high-stakes problems—from accelerating releases 10x to recovering orgs in minutes after catastrophic events.
• • In this role, you will achieve category-defining impact by publishing a roadmap the entire Salesforce ecosystem talks about, building a team that becomes the envy of the industry, shipping releases that drive ARR growth and deepen customer relationships, and cementing Flosum as the undisputed leader on the AppExchange—leaving a lasting fingerprint on the enterprise software movement within Salesforce.
