- • Partner across Product, Engineering, Sales, Operations, Services, Scores, Marketing, Analytics, and Finance to define, launch, and drive pricing and packaging strategies for FICO’s Software Platform and Scores offerings.
- • Build and align pricing frameworks across direct and indirect sales channels to ensure commercial effectiveness and coherence at every customer touchpoint.
- • Design flexible, scalable pricing structures for the FICO Platform that expand revenue opportunities and drive meaningful margin improvement, including transitioning legacy models to consumption-based pricing.
- • Generate actionable insights through customer segmentation, price discovery, structured experimentation, and rigorous ROI analysis to inform pricing decisions.
- • Translate pricing strategy into operational reality by providing clear direction on billing requirements, discounting frameworks, and supporting systems.
- • Create automated, scalable mechanisms for measuring pricing performance grounded in COGS analysis and customer value metrics.
- • Monitor competitive dynamics and key performance indicators to continuously identify opportunities for pricing evolution across Software and Scores business segments.
- • Build and champion a set of pricing best practices and repeatable processes that elevate the organization’s overall commercial strategy.
- • Collaborate with B2B, B2C, and corporate leaders to create and evolve complex, multi-year pricing strategies that drive sustainable and increasingly profitable growth in the Scores segment.
- • Develop pricing strategies for third-party partner ecosystems, including API-based marketplace models, balancing platform growth with partner success and profitability.
- • Leverage financial modeling, forecasting, and P&L management with a clear understanding of software and decision management revenue recognition rules.
- • Communicate complex pricing recommendations through compelling, data-backed narratives to executive stakeholders, incorporating risk analysis and ROI framing.
- • Drive the strategic transition to consumption-based pricing for next-generation FICO Platform offerings and pricing for expanding third-party partners, SIs, and developers.
- • Ensure disciplined implementation of pricing frameworks and policies across all business segments to maximize economic value and commercial impact.
- • Maintain deep awareness of financial services business models and the measurable economic value delivered by decision management solutions.
