📋 Description

• The Vice President of Talent Acquisition will lead Acxiom’s global talent acquisition function, designing and executing a comprehensive recruiting strategy to attract top-tier talent aligned with long-term growth objectives.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include developing enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategy, leading and scaling a high-performing TA team, partnering with executive leadership and stakeholders, driving workforce planning, overseeing full-cycle recruiting across functions, optimizing recruiting technologies, managing employer branding and candidate experience, owning the TA budget and vendor relationships, and leading data-driven metrics and reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 12+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition leadership experience, including enterprise-level recruiting strategy development
• Proven experience leading Talent Acquisition teams at scale
• Demonstrated success managing recruiting budgets, workforce planning, employer branding, and career site strategies
• Strong expertise in talent acquisition metrics, analytics, and data-driven decision-making
• Experience with ATS/CRM systems (Workday Preferred), recruitment marketing technologies, and sourcing tools
