📋 Description

  • Lead the development and administration of global compensation and benefits strategies to attract, motivate, and retain teammates across the U.S., LATAM, EMEA, and APAC regions.
  • Align total rewards philosophy with corporate objectives and ensure alignment with the company’s strategic goals as a publicly traded healthcare solutions provider.
  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert for annual incentive compensation plans, stock compensation programs, and benefit plan design, ensuring fiduciary responsibility and regulatory compliance.
  • Oversee the design and management of health and welfare benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability (STD/LTD), accidental death, 401(k), and Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP).
  • Direct the administration of global compensation structures, including job architecture, career pathing, and pay equity initiatives to support organizational growth and internal mobility.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and senior leadership to translate business strategy into actionable total rewards programs that enhance teammate engagement and retention.
  • Lead the annual compensation planning cycle, including base salary adjustments, bonus structures, equity awards, and associated communications across all global locations.
  • Develop and manage global compensation budgets in collaboration with HR and Finance teams, ensuring alignment with financial planning and forecasting.
  • Provide executive-level counsel to the CHRO and Board of Directors on compensation strategy, executive pay, and total rewards trends impacting shareholder value and talent retention.
  • Drive continuous improvement in compensation and benefits programs through data-driven analysis, market benchmarking, and regulatory updates.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a global team of compensation and benefits professionals, fostering expertise in evolving industry practices, compliance standards, and technology tools.
  • Support M&A integration efforts by designing and implementing compensation and benefits harmonization strategies for acquired entities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional communication of all compensation and benefits programs to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance across 40+ distribution centers and 14,000+ teammates worldwide.
  • Ensure alignment between performance management, succession planning, and pay programs to reinforce organizational culture and leadership development.
  • Maintain expertise in global labor laws and compensation regulations across international markets to guide policy design and implementation.
  • Serve as the key liaison between HR, Finance, Legal, and external vendors to ensure accurate administration and reporting of all total rewards programs.
  • Promote a culture of well-being by integrating voluntary supplemental programs such as supplemental life, hospitalization, critical illness insurance, and discount programs into the total rewards offering.
  • Champion teammate well-being initiatives including the Teammate Assistance Program (TAP), Calm Health, and Cancer Resources Services as part of holistic benefits strategy.
