📋 Description

• Vice President of Value Demonstration and Economic Modeling (VDEM) leading interdisciplinary HEOR teams to quantify the value of healthcare interventions for biopharma clients through economic modeling, budget impact, cost-effectiveness, and real-world evidence studies.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include setting business strategy, leading client engagement and project delivery, managing multiple accounts and revenue targets, overseeing talent development and team growth, coordinating resource allocation across business units, and driving new business opportunities through technical and strategic solutions.
• Precision AQ, LLC is part of Precision Medicine Group, a leader in HEOR and commercialization services for the life sciences industry, operating with a focus on methodological excellence, client partnership, and evidence-based decision-making in global biopharma markets.
• In this role, you will shape the growth of VDEM services, mentor and develop high-performing teams, influence senior leadership strategy, and establish yourself as a thought leader in health economics and outcomes research while driving revenue and innovation in evidence generation.

🎯 Requirements

• 10-12+ years of experience in health economics and outcomes research, with at least four years in a consulting environment
• Postgraduate degree (PhD, MD, or PharmD preferred) or Master’s in health economics, public policy, epidemiology, biostatistics, or related field
• Proven leadership in HEOR publications, business development, consulting, or team management with a track record of success in high-impact projects
• Expertise in pharmacoeconomic modeling, including budget impact, cost effectiveness, cost consequence, and utility modeling, with deep understanding of biopharmaceutical industry and payer requirements (CMS, ICER, private payers)
• Strong strategic and technical writing skills, with ability to clearly communicate study rationale, methods, results, and strategy to internal and external stakeholders
