- • Edit end-to-end post-production for short-form and long-form branded video content, ensuring alignment with client brand tone, style, and creative direction
- • Collaborate directly with producers and clients to incorporate feedback efficiently, maintaining clear communication throughout revision cycles and project handoffs
- • Craft compelling narratives through editing decisions that prioritize pacing, structure, and emotional impact across digital and branded platforms
- • Perform basic sound mixing and color correction to achieve polished, professional-grade final outputs
- • Create basic 2D motion graphics using After Effects to enhance storytelling and audience engagement
- • Manage multiple concurrent projects with high accuracy and efficiency, ensuring all deliverables meet agency-level quality standards before final delivery
- • Review all final content for technical quality, consistency, and accuracy, adhering to industry best practices in post-production workflows
- • Work remotely during U.S. business hours (9 AM – 5 PM EST) to align with client time zones and maintain real-time collaboration
- • Maintain a reliable high-speed internet connection to support seamless remote workflow and file transfers
- • Operate independently with minimal supervision while remaining responsive to feedback and deadline-driven demands
- • Adapt quickly to evolving creative directions and tight turnaround times in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- • Contribute creatively to narrative development while respecting client constraints and brand guidelines
- • Deliver technically clean, distribution-ready video files without requiring additional QA or revisions
- • Demonstrate strong organizational skills to juggle competing priorities without compromising quality on any project
- • Remain calm and effective under pressure during high-stakes deadlines and client-facing revisions
- • Maintain a portfolio showcasing professional experience in both short-form and long-form editing across branded and agency contexts
- • Work occasionally after-hours or on weekends when project deadlines necessitate additional time
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of professional post-production and video editing experience
- • Agency and/or brand experience required
- • Strong portfolio demonstrating short-form and long-form editing work across digital and branded platforms
- • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with particular strength in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
- • Reliable high-speed internet and ability to work during EST hours (9 AM – 5 PM)
- • Self-directed with ability to work independently with minimal supervision
