- • Edit 100–140 high-impact video content pieces monthly, spanning educational, marketing, short-form, and long-form formats, with minimal oversight and consistent quality.
- • Own the end-to-end editing process for content produced by influencer teachers and performance marketing teams, ensuring all outputs are polished, brand-aligned, and optimized for engagement.
- • Create advanced motion graphics including kinetic typography, animated transitions, on-screen visual structures, and custom animated assets to enhance retention and elevate the MyEdSpace brand aesthetic.
- • Produce conversion-focused ad creatives designed to stop the scroll, drive sales, and perform across social media and digital advertising platforms.
- • Maintain and improve existing editing templates, style guides, and quality systems to ensure clean, consistent, and premium output across all video assets.
- • Deliver edits that require minimal iterations by proactively identifying and resolving issues in pacing, structure, sound design, and creative direction before feedback is requested.
- • Apply strong editorial judgment to structure videos with compelling hooks, tight pacing, and retention-driven storytelling tailored to global audiences.
- • Work with raw footage from diverse sources, including influencer-recorded lessons and studio sessions, transforming them into cohesive, engaging, and professional-grade content.
- • Collaborate with marketing, content, and teaching teams to align video output with campaign goals, audience targeting, and platform-specific requirements.
- • Ensure all video content adheres to MyEdSpace’s brand voice, visual identity, and educational mission while pushing creative boundaries to stand out in competitive digital spaces.
- • Adapt editing styles to suit different platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Meta Ads) while maintaining a unified brand feel across all channels.
- • Utilize automation workflows and efficient editing techniques to maintain high throughput without compromising quality or creative integrity.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2–5+ years of professional video editing experience in freelance, agency, in-house, or content creator environments with a portfolio demonstrating quality and speed
- • Confident ability to create advanced motion graphics beyond basic captions, including typography animation, kinetic transitions, and clean visual design execution
- • Strong proficiency in professional editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
- • Minimum B2 (Upper Intermediate) English proficiency
- • Detail-driven mindset with a low-iteration approach—delivering nearly final edits on first submission by proactively catching and fixing issues
