- • Edit a diverse range of content including brand films, event highlights, interview cuts, podcast video, social clips, and explainer content to align with TensorWave’s brand voice and stand out in a crowded market
- • Color grade LOG footage from Sony FX-series cameras to achieve a cohesive, polished final look across all deliverables
- • Ingest, organize, and log multi-camera footage from on-set shoots with meticulous attention to detail and metadata accuracy
- • Manage project files and deliverables using a clean, consistent, and scalable file structure to ensure team efficiency and archival integrity
- • Execute motion graphics and visual effects using After Effects, building assets from scratch when required or adapting provided templates
- • Work efficiently under tight deadlines, particularly for time-sensitive event recap content, without compromising quality or narrative integrity
- • Receive and implement revision feedback quickly and accurately, requiring minimal repetition of direction or clarification
- • Collaborate autonomously by taking a creative brief, raw footage, and a deadline to produce compelling, story-driven video content
- • Maintain strong communication with internal teams to ensure alignment on tone, messaging, and technical specifications across all formats
- • Ensure all video outputs meet technical delivery standards for web, social, and event playback platforms
- • Apply narrative pacing principles beyond simple cuts—building emotional arcs and viewer engagement throughout each piece
- • Support production efforts when needed by assisting with lighting setup or on-set observations, leveraging understanding of cinematography choices
- • Maintain awareness of industry trends and best practices in B2B and tech brand storytelling to continuously elevate content quality
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of professional editing experience with a portfolio demonstrating strong narrative instincts
- • Fluent in Premiere Pro and After Effects; DaVinci Resolve is a plus
- • Strong sense of narrative pacing and ability to build emotional arcs, not just cut on beats
- • Comfortable working with Sony FX-series camera footage, log formats, and basic color grading
- • Self-directed: able to take a brief, raw footage, and deadline to produce standout work
- • Clean communication skills and quick turnaround on revision feedback
