- • As a Video Editor at Eyt, you will be instrumental in shaping our brand narrative and driving engagement through compelling visual storytelling. This role is at the forefront of our marketing efforts, requiring a blend of technical mastery, creative flair, and a strategic understanding of how video content performs in the digital landscape. You will be responsible for transforming raw footage and creative concepts into polished, high-impact videos that resonate with our target audiences across various platforms.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to edit and produce a diverse range of marketing videos. This includes, but is not limited to, dynamic content for social media channels (such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok), persuasive advertisements designed to drive conversions, engaging product promotions that highlight our offerings, and overarching brand campaigns that build our identity and connect with consumers on an emotional level.
- • You will be expected to interpret creative briefs with a high degree of accuracy and execute projects with a significant degree of autonomy. This means taking initial direction, understanding the underlying strategic goals, and bringing the vision to life with minimal supervision, demonstrating your ability to work independently from concept to completion.
- • A critical aspect of this role is the application of video marketing best practices. You will need to understand what makes video content engaging and performant on different platforms, optimizing edits for maximum reach, watch time, and interaction. This involves staying abreast of current trends and platform-specific requirements to ensure our content is not only visually appealing but also strategically effective.
- • Your editing toolkit will extend beyond basic cuts. You will be adept at incorporating a variety of elements to enhance the narrative and visual appeal of the videos. - • Maintaining brand consistency is paramount. You will ensure that all video content produced strictly adheres to Eyt's brand guidelines, tone of voice, and messaging. This requires a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of our brand identity to ensure every video reinforces our established image and communication strategy.
- • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously is essential. You will be juggling various assignments with different deadlines and creative requirements, necessitating strong organizational skills and effective time management to ensure all projects are delivered on schedule without compromising quality.
- • Collaboration with the broader marketing team will be a key part of your workflow. You will work closely with marketing specialists to refine concepts, brainstorm ideas, and iterate on edits based on feedback, contributing to a cohesive and impactful marketing strategy. - • Beyond the creative aspects, you will also be responsible for the meticulous organization and maintenance of all video assets. 🎯 Requirements
- • Proven, extensive experience in video editing, specifically supporting marketing agencies or executing marketing-focused projects.
- • High proficiency with industry-standard video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and motion graphics software like After Effects.
- • Solid understanding of video marketing strategies, current trends, and the specific requirements of major platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- • Demonstrated ability to work independently, interpret creative briefs, and manage projects from inception to final delivery with minimal supervision.
- • Exceptional sense of timing, pacing, visual storytelling, and meticulous attention to detail.
- • Proven ability to meet deadlines consistently and manage time effectively across multiple projects.
- • Creative mindset with a strong aesthetic sensibility and a keen eye for design.
- • Flexibility to work on a night shift schedule to support US-based clients.
