- • Edit high volumes of short-form video content for paid and organic social media channels including Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn
- • Convert long-form content such as podcasts and webinars into engaging, platform-optimized short clips
- • Adapt and version video assets to meet the technical and aesthetic requirements of multiple social platforms
- • Execute video edits strictly according to established brand guidelines, templates, and creative direction provided by the internal team
- • Add captions, motion graphics, background music, and basic visual effects to enhance viewer engagement and accessibility
- • Support marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional initiatives with rapid-turnaround video assets
- • Deliver polished video content under tight deadlines, including same-day or overnight requests
- • Maintain organized digital asset libraries with clear file naming conventions, version control, and folder structures
- • Ensure all video outputs are technically compliant with platform specifications (aspect ratios, durations, file formats)
- • Collaborate with marketing and demand generation teams to align video output with campaign goals and performance metrics
- • Utilize AI video tools to increase efficiency in editing workflows, or demonstrate willingness to quickly learn and adopt such tools
- • Maintain consistent visual and audio quality across all outputs, with meticulous attention to timing, audio levels, and caption accuracy
- • Work independently in a remote environment while adhering to team workflows and communication protocols
- • Produce high-volume variations of core video assets without sacrificing precision or brand integrity
- • Stay current with platform algorithm changes and trending video formats to optimize content performance
- • Contribute to scaling the company’s video content engine through repeatable, efficient editing processes
- • Support cross-functional teams by delivering on-demand video assets for sales, product marketing, and customer success initiatives
- • Ensure all delivered content aligns with Weave’s mission to support healthcare practices through clear, compelling visual storytelling
🎯 Requirements
- • 1–3 years of experience in video editing or motion design
- • Proficiency in tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar
- • Experience editing for social media and performance marketing channels
- • Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and attention-grabbing hooks
- • Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality
- • High attention to detail, especially with timing, audio, and captions
